Job summary

One Medical invites applications for a full-time Virtual Medical Team Physician Assistant. This remote role supports patients 24/7 with telehealth visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups in collaboration with a dedicated team.

Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing education ensure continual learning and top-tier care. The position requires an MSPAS with active NCCPA, current VA/DC/MD licensure (with potential for additional states), and the ability to work flexible weekday/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• Currently licensed in VA, DC, or MD with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other education modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Deliver exceptional care to patients virtually using clinical training.
