Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for its Virtual Medical Team (VMT) to deliver world-class virtual care 24/7. You will treat patients through tele-health visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, collaborating with virtual and in-office teams.

A MSPAS with NCCPA licensure and 2+ years’ outpatient or urgent care experience is required. You will work full-time from a remote location, with shifts spanning daytime to evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• Within 5 years, PA with at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine for all ages.
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For AZ: >8000 hours and eligible for PA collaborative status.
• Weekday and weekend shifts required; shifts include various PST blocks.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, telephonic triage calls, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care to patients virtually using clinical training.
