One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) seeks a Physician Assistant with MSPAS and NCCPA to deliver tele-health care to patients 24/7. The role includes triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups, with ongoing learning during Clinical Rounds and daily cross-site collaboration. Requires MD/DC/VA licensure and weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing all ages (0+).
• Currently licensed in MD, DC, or VA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required).
• Current shifts range from 6am-5pm PST, 7am-6pm PST, 8am-7pm PST, 11am-10pm PST, 1pm-12am PST.

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to deliver exceptional care virtually.
