Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join the Virtual Medical Team providing 24/7 telehealth care to patients. You will treat patients via virtual visits, participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues, delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care.

The role requires MSPAS, active NCCPA, and current licenses in VA, DC, or MD, with weekend shift availability and ET-based schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• At least 2 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care seeing patients of all ages.
• Licensed in VA, DC, or MD with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Weekday and weekend availability; ability to work shifts listed (6am–5pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, 1pm–12am ET).
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to deliver care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients.
