Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Virtual Medical Team to provide world-class virtual care 24/7. You will treat patients via tele-health, participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate with the broader care team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a MSPAS, active NCCPA, and current licensure in MD, DC, or VA with autonomy for VA. Weekday and weekend shifts are required, with multiple daily schedule options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
• Active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practice as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings.
• Licensed in MD, DC, or VA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Autonomous practice for VA; weekday and weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care.
