Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires AA/AS and minimum 2 years in health services or behavioral health.
• Valid, active peer recovery/coaching certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to engage members and families in recovery networks.
• Develops and implements onsite discharge planning education at sites.
• Collaborates with Case Management as an advocate for service transitions.
• Serves as a resource for staff on decision making and problem solving.
