Qualifications

• Active Ohio CPS certification required.
• Must comply with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
• Experience using recovery-oriented practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotion-based support and role model recovery.
• Help individuals develop personalized recovery plans with milestones.
• Connect clients to treatment programs, housing, and employment services.
• Coordinate with clinicians and case managers within the care team.
• Lead peer support groups and facilitate relapse prevention discussions.
• Maintain confidential records per 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
