Job summary

Hazel Health, in partnership with Little Otter, seeks independently licensed therapists in Texas to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our school-district and health-plan network.

You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care, while meeting a minimum caseload and delivering evidence-based interventions during Texas hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level licensed therapist in Texas (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children and their families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT and other evidence-based modalities.
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intake, treatment plans, progress notes).
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
