Job summary

Hazel Health is expanding access to high-quality mental health care for students in Texas through independent, licensed therapists delivering virtual services. This role focuses on providing evidence-based teletherapy to children and their families within our partner school districts and health plans.

Licensed therapists must be actively licensed in Texas, with experience in pediatric mental health and comfort in virtual care.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level licensed therapist in Texas (LMFT/LCSW/LPC or equivalent).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually using technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children and families.
• Deliver modalities such as CBT and other pediatric-focused therapies.
• Complete clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) in the platform.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and stakeholders to coordinate care.
