Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Texas to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

Minimum caseload is 7 clients, with sessions scheduled during Texas hours. You will deliver evidence-based therapies, document treatment plans and progress, and participate in optional weekly case

Qualifications

• Master’s-level license for Texas (LMFT/LCSW/LPC or equivalent).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfort with virtual care and technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children and families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT and other evidence-based modalities.
• Complete clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes).
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
