Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with patients via telephone or Teams.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls for clinics and routes to appropriate teams.
• Schedules patient appointments and registrations.
• Maintains accurate patient data and insurance information.
• Documents updates in the EMR and maintains compliance with laws and company policies.
