Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and coworkers via phone or Teams.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for multiple clinics and route as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage registrations and insurance data.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
• Maintain EMR updates and patient confidentiality.
