Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant for our Virtual Medical Team. You will provide care through tele-health visits, triage calls, and video appointments, while engaging in ongoing clinical rounds and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in MSPAS and active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years outpatient primary care or urgent care with patients of all ages (0+) in past 5 years.
• Currently licensed in AZ/CO/CA/WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For AZ: >8000 hours and eligible for PA collaborative status.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Ongoing clinical rounds and other modalities for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
