Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers world-class virtual primary care 24/7 in concert with in-person providers. This full-time virtual role requires an MSPAS and active NCCPA, with state licensure in DC, MD, VA, or FL and willingness to work varied weekday/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include telehealth visits, triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups, plus ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaboration with the virtual/onsite team.

Qualifications

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings.
• Currently licensed in one of the states DC, MD, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
