One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is hiring a licensed Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality virtual care to patients 24/7. The role focuses on telehealth visits, triage, and coordination with in-person and virtual teammates to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualificações

• MSPAS from an accredited PA program and active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner with at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care / emergency medicine.
• Current license in VA, DC, or MD with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
