Job summary

NOCD is seeking a highly skilled clinician to provide intensive, evidence-based virtual care for individuals with high-acuity OCD. The role emphasizes ERP, ACT, CBT, HRT, and PE within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should demonstrate strong crisis management, clear documentation, and the ability to guide both individual and group therapy remotely across time zones. Ideal applicants have advanced licensure in California, demonstrated experience with OCD-treatment modalities,

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and clinical licensure in good standing.
• California licensure as psychologist, counselor, social worker, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high-acuity OCD and virtual intensive care settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in delivering CBT, ERP, ACT, and related modalities with crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations for Intensive program candidates.
• Deliver individual and group therapy for high-acuity OCD using CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, Mi, and PE.
• Maintain clinical documentation, safety planning, and risk assessment per protocol.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary virtual team and external providers.
• Develop treatment plans and manage case load across members and their families.
