Job summary

NOCD is seeking a licensed clinician with advanced ERP and ACT expertise to deliver intensive virtual OCD care. The role emphasizes structured individual and group therapy, crisis management, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team across time zones.

The candidate will work remotely, handle high-acuity presentations, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Licensure requirements and diagnostic privilege are essential for New York clinicians.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• New York: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Must have diagnostic privilege credential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations virtually for Intensive candidates.
• Treat high-acuity OCD using CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, and PE.
• Provide individual and group therapy in a virtual setting with a team approach.
• Coordinate case management and ensure continuity across providers.
• Maintain safety assessments and risk management per protocol.
• Develop treatment plans and document outcomes clearly.
