Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with CBT/ERP/ACT expertise and OCD specialization.
• Master's degree in a relevant clinical field and licensure in good standing.
• Experience delivering high-acuity virtual OCD treatment and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations for intensive OCD treatment.
• Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, and PE.
• Collaborate across a multidisciplinary virtual team and maintain documentation.
• Manage safety, risk, and crisis protocols; coordinate with external providers.
