Job summary

NOCD is seeking a licensed clinician to provide intensive, evidence-based virtual care for individuals with high-acuity OCD. The role requires advanced training in ERP, CBT, ACT, HRT, and PE, with strong crisis management and the ability to deliver structured therapy in a fast-paced setting.

The clinician will conduct virtual evaluations, deliver individual and group therapies, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across time zones to support members and families.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted licensure to practice in your state.
• Master’s degree required; licensure in CA (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Ability to provide intensive virtual OCD treatment with ERP/ACT/CBT.
• Strong crisis management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group virtual therapy for high-acuity OCD.
• Deliver ERP, ACT, CBT, HRT, and PE.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary virtual team.
• Maintain compliant documentation and safety protocols.
• Manage caseload and ensure continuity of care.
