Job summary

NOCD seeks a highly skilled clinician with ERP and ACT expertise to deliver intensive virtual care for individuals with OCD. The role requires strong crisis-management, clinical judgment, and ability to provide structured individual and group therapy across time zones.

Candidates should have CBT/ERP/ACT proficiency, license in good standing in their state and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with remote work.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in your state with full unrestricted license.
• Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• Proficiency in CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT and PE modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations for Intensive treatment candidates.
• Treat high-acuity OCD using CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT and PE.
• Provide individual and group therapy in a virtual setting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and external providers.
• Maintain documentation, safety planning and risk assessment.
• Deliver family and multi-family sessions as needed.
