Job summary

NOCD is seeking a highly skilled clinician to provide intensive, ERP- and ACT-based virtual care for individuals with high-acuity OCD in a remote California setting. The role requires CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, PE expertise, strong crisis-management skills, and ability to deliver structured individual and group therapy within a fast-paced, high-level care program.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree Required.
• Licensed professionals in CA: psychologist, LPC, LCSW or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual and group therapy in a virtual setting.
• Deliver ERP and CBT-based treatments for high-acuity OCD.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary virtual team.
• Maintain documentation and EHR records.
• Assess safety risks and crisis management per protocol.
