Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or enrollment in a BSN program.
• Current Texas nursing license or Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 9 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and document using a systematic approach.
• Provide admission support, education, discharge readiness, and discharge teaching via technology-enabled care.
• Communicate changes in patient status and update the plan of care with the care team.
• Participate in rounds and care conferences; support bedside teams remotely.
• Deliver patient education and support to families through virtual platforms.
