Job summary

K Health is seeking a fully remote, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive care via text and video. You will support hospital-system partnerships and manage a broad spectrum of primary care, pediatrics, and behavioral health in a nationwide virtual clinic.

You’ll work 36 hours per week, including weekend shifts, with care delivery from home using our AI-powered platform. Must be licensed in multiple states or hold an active NLC and be a Medicare provider.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care setting.
• Licensed in FL, NJ, NY, MA and/or hold active NLC.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Must be enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide video-based, comprehensive clinical care including acute care, pediatrics, and mental health.
• Manage Epic inbox with labs, imaging, and patient questions.
• Educate patients on treatments and care plans.
