Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maine to join our remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care team. This telehealth role delivers care to Local Infusion patients and collaborates with physicians to improve access and speed of treatment.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment; educate patients and families, and maintain EMR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
