Job summary

Local Infusion is a remote-first team delivering specialty infusion care. The Nurse Practitioner will provide telehealth neurology and memory care, collaborating with physicians to improve access and treatment timelines.

This full-time, remote role requires Maine NP license with geriatrics/AG or family experience preferred; 2+ years in neurology or dementia care, strong documentation, and compassionate patient education for cognitive decline.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW: NURSE PRACTITIONER, NEUROLOGY AND MEMORY CARE

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
