Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This remote, patient-facing role delivers care to Local Infusion patients and collaborates with physicians to improve access and reduce time to treatment.

Responsibilities include telehealth assessments, care planning, and treatment management with supervising physicians, plus educating patients and families and maintaining EMR documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care.
• Strong clinical judgement and thorough documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration.
• Excellent communication with patients and caregivers.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. Key Accountabilities
