Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our remote care team, delivering neurology and memory care via telehealth to patients under physician supervision.

You will assess patients, create care plans, manage treatments (including prescribing therapies), and educate families on diagnoses and progression while maintaining compliant EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings.
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
