Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maine to join our remote neurology and memory care team. This patient-facing telehealth role partners with physicians to expand access to care and shorten time to treatment.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and prescribe therapies under supervision, educating patients and families while maintaining compliant EMR documentation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in neurology/memory care and geriatrics or family practice

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
