Job summary

Local Infusion, a remote-first care team, is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Maine to deliver neurology and memory care via telehealth. You will collaborate with physicians to provide direct patient care and improve access to treatment.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, and manage ongoing therapies, educating families on diagnoses and progression while keeping compliant EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care
• Strong clinical judgement
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
