A leading mental health program in California is seeking a Group Facilitator to provide therapeutic treatment in a virtual setting. The role involves facilitating groups, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clinical directors to enhance treatment programs. Ideal candidates will have strong adaptability and engagement skills, with opportunities for training in CBT, DBT, or ACT.
The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods. You will facilitate scheduled groups and document the sessions in our EMR. Maintain all applicable licenses and certifications, and meet all regulatory requirements during your employment.
This role is part of our virtual Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program (IOP), which operates 100% remotely across California via secure Zoom. The schedule includes multiple tracks for adults and adolescents, with 3-4 psychoeducational groups daily based on our curriculum. Engagement and adaptability are key to meeting client needs.
