Job Description
The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment focusing on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment through facilitating scheduled groups and documenting sessions in our EMR. Maintains all licensing and certification requirements, adhering to regulatory standards.

Virtual Details
This role is for our Discovery Mood & Anxiety IOP, conducted 100% remotely via secure Zoom. We run 4 tracks: Adult AM (10-1pm), Adult Mid (2-5pm), Adult PM (5-8pm), and adolescent afterschool (3-7pm). You will lead 3-4 psychoeducational groups daily, adapting to patient needs to foster engagement and learning new skills.
Post-90 days, you can pursue additional training in CBT, DBT, or ACT, with potential pay increases.
