Community Choice Credit Union in Warren, MI is seeking a Virtual Member Service Specialist to be the voice of the credit union across phone, chat, and e-channels. The role is 100% virtual with a hybrid in-office component, focused on delivering meaningful interactions and helping members manage their finances online.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, support loan applications, and proactively reach out to members to share services.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in a virtual setting.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
