TRUMARK CREDIT UNION is seeking a Virtual Member Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences by phone, chat, and video. This in-office role is based in Fort Washington, PA and emphasizes financial wellbeing for members.

As part of the Member Service Center, you will handle account inquiries, online banking, memberships, and lending support while maintaining compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution contact center or branch environment.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and digital banking platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service through phone, chat, and video interactions.
• Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, online banking, and account maintenance.
• Open new memberships and recommend products and services that support member financial wellbeing.
• Support loan applications, loan closings, and follow up on member lending needs.
• Research and resolve member concerns including fraud-related issues, disputes, and bill payer inquiries.

• Collaborate with team members to support overall Member Service Center operations.
