TRUMARK CREDIT UNION is seeking a Part Time Member Service Representative at our Plymouth Meeting Branch. You will handle member interactions, process transactions, and provide guidance on our banking products in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings and Saturdays, and offers opportunities to grow within the credit union while delivering outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology. A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Availability: Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with financial needs and inquiries.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments while following policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell products and services and recommend solutions meeting member goals.
• Resolve member issues with timely and professional problem-solving.
• Maintain cash drawers balanced and transactions documented accurately.
