Job summary

Ucardia, Inc. seeks a remote 1099 contractor to provide live video coaching and asynchronous support for cardiovascular and metabolic health. You will use wearables and behavior science to craft adaptive plans and deliver compassionate accountability.

Across a high-volume caseload, you will interpret HR/HRV data, guide clients through SMART goals, and collaborate with product and operations to refine coaching flows and templates.

Qualifications

• Must hold NBC-HWC credential (or exam-enrolled).
• Certified in CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of virtual coaching with live video and async messaging.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and other device data.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one live video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, nutrition guidance.
• Maintain proactive asynchronous messaging with members using in-app chats and nudges.
• Build personal, scalable relationships across members using video, text, and voice notes.
• Interpret wearable and biometric signals and translate into personalized coaching insights.
• Co-create SMART goals and update plans based on real-time data and feedback.
• Demonstrate movements on camera and provide safe modifications as needed.
• Identify red flags and route to clinicians through triage protocols.
• Share insights with product/content/ops to improve coaching flows and templates.
• Keep concise notes and track key outcomes for dashboards.
