Qualifications

• NBC-HWC coaching credential (or exam-enrolled).
• CPT or equivalent fitness/nutrition certification.
• Experience with live video and asynchronous messaging coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions.
• Maintain structured communication via in-app messaging.
• Build supportive relationships with members.
• Interpret biometric signals for coaching insights.
• Co-create personalized strategies based on member needs.
• Identify red flags for clinical escalation.
