Qualifications

• Professional coaching credential required or in progress.
• Fitness or nutrition certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• At least one year of virtual coaching with live video + async messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep and nutrition support.
• Maintain proactive messaging and provide timely guidance between sessions.
• Interpret wearable data and translate into personalized coaching insights.
