This role requires NBC-HWC and CPT credentials, 1+ year of virtual coaching, weekend availability, and comfort with a fast-moving startup. Compensation ranges from $22 to $32 per hour, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of virtual coaching experience with live video and async messaging.
• Credentialed coaching background with healthcare or fitness focus.
• Strong ability to manage a caseload and maintain proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep data.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one live video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, stress, and nutrition guidance.
• Maintain structured asynchronous messaging with timely nudges based on device alerts and trends.
• Build personal, scalable relationships using video, text, and voice notes.
• Interpret wearable/biometric data and translate into personalized coaching insights.
• Co-create adaptive plans rooted in SMART goals and real-time feedback.
• Demonstrate movements on camera and provide safe modifications as needed.
• Escalate clinical concerns through established triage pathways.
• Share patterns with product/content/ops teams to improve flows and templates.
• Keep concise notes and track key outcomes for dashboards.
