Job summary

Ucardia, Inc. is hiring a remote health coach to deliver live video coaching and asynchronous support focused on cardiometabolic health. You will blend behavior-change guidance with practical movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress strategies.

You’ll interpret wearable data, maintain proactive engagement, and adapt plans based on real-time feedback while building relationships at scale. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and hourly compensation between $22 and $32.

Qualifications

• NBC‑HWC credential or exam enrollment.
• CPT certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of virtual coaching with live video + async messaging.
• Caseload management with proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR/HRV/steps and device data.
• Evening and weekend availability, plus select daytime blocks.
• High empathy paired with structured accountability.
• Comfort with fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead live one-on-one video coaching sessions.
• Blend behavior-change guidance with movement, sleep and nutrition support.
• Maintain structured, proactive async messaging with timely nudges.
• Foster personal, scalable relationships across video, text, and voice notes.
• Interpret wearable signals and translate into personalized insights.
• Co-create SMART plans and update them based on real-time data.
• Identify red flags and escalate to clinicians per triage protocols.
• Share insights with product/content teams to improve flows and templates.
