Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions with behavior change guidance.
• Maintain structured communication via in-app messaging.
• Build personal relationships with members to support their journey.
• Interpret wearable data to provide personalized coaching insights.
• Adapt coaching plans based on real-time member feedback.

Skills

Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC (or exam-enrolled)

Fitness or nutrition certification: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent

At least one year of virtual coaching experience

Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and other device data

High empathy paired with structured accountability

Evening and weekend availability
