Zusammenfassung

Ucardia, Inc. is seeking a remote health coach contractor to deliver live video coaching and proactive asynchronous support, using wearables and data-driven insights.

You will lead sessions, interpret biometric signals, adapt fitness and nutrition plans, and escalate to clinicians when needed, while collaborating with product and support teams.

This 1099 role pays $22–$32 per hour, offers scheduling flexibility, and requires evenings/weekends availability in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifikationen

NBC-HWC credential or exam enrolled
CPT certification (ACE/NASM/ACSM) or equivalent
At least one year of virtual coaching experience
Experience with live video and asynchronous coaching
Comfort interpreting HR/HRV/steps/sleep data
Evening/weekend availability
Startup environment adaptability

Aufgaben

Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, stress, and nutrition guidance.
Maintain proactive asynchronous messaging with structured nudges and actionable steps.
Interpret wearables and biometric signals to craft personalized coaching insights.
Co-create SMART goals and adapt plans in real time based on data and feedback.
Escalate red flags to clinicians or exercise specialists as needed.
Share insights with product/op/ops teams to improve flows and messaging templates.
