Qualifications

• One year of virtual coaching with live video and async messaging.
• Ability to manage a caseload with proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting device data (HR, HRV, steps, sleep).

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, sleep, nutrition.
• Maintain proactive in-app messaging with timely nudges and guidance.
• Build personal, scalable member relationships via video, text and voice notes.
• Interpret wearable signals and translate data into coaching insights.
• Co-create SMART goals and update plans based on real-time data.
• Demonstrate movements live and correct form with modifications.
