Job summary

Ucardia, Inc. is hiring a remote, 1099 contractor to provide one-on-one video coaching and asynchronous support to members using wearable data and behavior science. You’ll deliver guidance on movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress, while maintaining proactive engagement across sessions.

You’ll interpret HR/HRV and other device data to personalize plans, update strategies in real time, and ensure high-quality member experiences. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC (or exam-enrolled).
• Fitness or nutrition certification: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• At least one year of virtual coaching experience with live video + async messaging.
• Skill in managing a caseload and maintaining proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and other device data.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions blending behavior change guidance with movement, stress, sleep, and nutrition support.
• Maintain structured, proactive communication via in-app messaging with timely nudges.
• Build relationships through video, text, and voice notes to sustain momentum.
• Interpret wearable/biometric signals and translate into coaching insights.
• Co-create SMART plans and update based on real-time data and feedback.
• Demonstrate movements live on camera and offer safe modifications.
• Identify red flags and route members to clinicians when needed.
• Share insights with product and operations to improve flows.
• Keep concise notes and track key outcomes for dashboards.
