Job summary

Ucardia is hiring a live video and asynchronous coaching specialist to guide members in cardiovascular and metabolic health. You will run one-on-one sessions, monitor wearable data, provide actionable feedback, and adapt plans to real-life contexts.

This is a 1099 contractor role with compensation $22 to $32 per hour. You’ll collaborate across product, support, and clinical teams, maintaining high engagement and timely responses.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC credential or exam-enrolled.
• One year of virtual coaching with live video and async messaging.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, and sleep data.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one live video coaching sessions blending behavior change with movement, stress, sleep, and nutrition guidance.
• Maintain structured, proactive communication via in-app messaging with timely nudges.
• Build relationships that feel personal and supportive—even at scale using video, text, and voice notes.
• Interpret wearable and biometric signals and translate them into personalized coaching insights.
• Provide feedback to teams and adapt plans based on real-time data and member feedback.
