BCD Meetings & Events, a leading global meetings and events agency, seeks a Congress Registration Manager to oversee attendee registration, housing coordination, and client support across multiple congresses. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and clear communication in a regulated setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in congress planning, 3+ years in client and attendee management, and familiarity with Life Sciences programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of congress or convention planning and management experience.
• 3+ years of client management experience.
• 3+ years of attendee management experience.
• Experience supporting Life Sciences or pharmaceutical programs in a regulated setting.
• International attendee experience and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendee registration, housing coordination, confirmations and client support across multiple congresses.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and audit readiness in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Maintain clean data, reporting, and communication workflows using Cvent modules.
• Respond to client questions with professionalism and responsiveness.
• juggling multiple congresses while staying organized and collaborative.
