Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking clinicians to deliver remote telehealth group sessions for adolescents and young adults. The role requires a Master’s degree in mental health and experience facilitating groups using evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Ability to run telehealth sessions and manage group activities.
• Familiarity with DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks.
• Meet with supervisor at least 1x/month for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Arrive early to scheduled group time and facilitate the hour.
