Cavender Auto Family is seeking a proven Automotive Finance Manager to elevate performance in our luxury portfolio. This role rewards disciplined producers who deliver high-quality, compliant F&I presentations, maintain lender relationships, and protect deal integrity across multiple luxury brands.

Strong performers will join an elite team with earnings potential and a 5-day work week, with opportunities for substantial income through performance-based incentives. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong VSC and prepaid maintenance penetration track record.
• Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred.
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening.

• Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations
• Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity
• Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding

• Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism

• Maintain strong PRU and volume performance
• Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations
• Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues
