Job summary

Cavender Auto Family seeks an elite Automotive Finance Manager to lead high-volume F&I across Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru. This role rewards performance and prioritizes disciplined production and compliance.

You will deliver compliant F&I presentations, maximize product performance, and maintain strong lender relationships to fund deals. A proven F&I track record and clean MVR are essential. This is a high-performance opportunity with ceilings.

Qualifications

Proven high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience.
Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record.
Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred.
High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
Professional presence and strong communication skills.
Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations.
Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity.
Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding.
Serve customers across six luxury brands (Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru).
Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism.
