One Medical, a leading virtual primary care provider, seeks a full-time Advanced Practitioner to deliver care via tele-health and email, with evening/weekend shifts. You will collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, applying your clinical training to deliver evidence-based primary care to patients 24/7.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency settings, and are comfortable using technology to care for diverse

Qualifications

• Advanced Practitioner with 2+ years in outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+) OR 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth, video visits, and telephonic triage.
• Proficient with healthcare technology and patient communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver evidence-based primary care virtually.
• Must have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least ~2 years in the specified settings in the past 5 years.
