Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our senior managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently.

Working Hours

Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST & Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex schedules
  • Planning logistics and operations
  • Providing administrative support
  • Coordinating travel
  • Handling confidential information
  • Data entry, project assistance, event planning, correspondence
  • Organizing meetings from start to finish
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, record keeping
  • Performing errands as needed
  • Maintaining action items, to-do lists, and follow-ups
  • Supporting Chief of Staff duties and project management
  • Procurement and logistics duties
Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in BPO
  • Excellent English skills
  • Discretion handling confidential info
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
Employment Conditions
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening
Compensation and Benefits

Physical and Other Requirements

This role is largely sedentary, requiring long periods sitting and using office equipment. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
